As you've already noticed, celebrities look fabulous all of the time. They never stop to fascinate us with their great presence, whether appearing in television or movies or cocking down the red carpet during movie premiers and awards. The fact is, to look the way they do it really takes a lot of effort, and being the public figures that they are, they can't afford to change their physical appearances. Their livelihood mostly depends on how they look. They always have to take a good care of their bodies, aside from the clothes, the hair and the makeup.
It isn't a surprise that these stars have their own secrets when it comes to staying fit and gorgeous. Their health plans can range from extreme workouts to well-planned meals. Would you like to know their secrets in staying absolutely sexy?
Here are some of the diet secrets of seven women celebrities:
1. Claudia Schiffer
The German supermodel eats salad and steamed vegetables for dinner and eats merely fruits before the afternoon. As on locations, she prefers to eat black grapes and drinks tomato juice and herbal tea.
2. Christie Brinkley
The long-time supermodel maintains her good look by being a vegetarian. Inside her home she doesn't keep junk foods of any kind to make sure that she doesn't eat them when starving occurs. She snacks on sweet potatoes in place of candy bars, and she adopts a liquid juice diet when she needs to slim down fast.
3. Jennifer Aniston
The star of the fantastic television show Friends not only mesmerized audiences with her lovely comic sense and her famous hairstyle, she was also known for having one of the sexiest bodies in Hollywood, as she appeared in countless magazine covers. To stay trim, Jennifer follows the 40:30:30 diet method. The diet consists of:
40% Low glycemic carbohydrates
Foods such as beans, fruits and vegetables, legumes
30% lean proteins
Like Tofu, fish, chicken, turkey, beef and low fat dairy products

4. Kate Hudson
The gorgeous daughter of actress Goldie Hawn gained 60 pounds during her pregnancy, which she needed to shed quickly before starting up her next film. From her previous eating plan, she switched to a higher protein diet. She consumed high protein meals in smaller portions, and she combined this diet with an exercise program that includes weight training and cardiovascular workouts. Kate removed all that baby weight after getting a lot of flak because of her post-pregnancy figure, that was only in four months and has gained abdominal muscles that gained the envy of many in Hollywood.
5. Oprah Winfrey
As one of the most successful talk-show hosts in the world, there is no question that Oprah needs to maintain her physical appearance for her millions of audiences. Known as one of those celebrities who are constantly battling weight gain, she has recently toned up her figure and has never looked as in age 50 by combining a regular exercise regime and diet plan. Oprah exercises five days a week, spending 30 minutes on the treadmill and doing free weights. Her eating plan consists low fat foods like legumes, fish, nuts, fruits and vegetables, chicken and dairy products. She limits her consumption of white sugar and flour. She also credits her trim figure to her habit of not eating anything after seven in the evening.
6. Gwyneth Paltrow
It's hard for a lot of people to believe that the slim Academy award-winning actress actually needs to diet constantly. Gwyneth actually follows a healthy eating plan that resembles Oprah's, avoiding sugar and white flour. She usually follows a macrobiotic diet, eating foods like vegetables, brown rice, and lean meat. She eliminated dairy from her diet as well, and does yoga everyday.
7. Madonna

Celebrities are like ordinary people, and just like anyone else they need to maintain their figures. And since they are constantly in the public eye there's more pressure on their part. Ordinary folks can have celebrity-like bodies, too, and by following these diet and fitness plans, they can also look like red-carpet worthy.

Weight Loss Program in as Easy as a Week
The idea of the program is to be able for you to develop a consistent approach to weight loss as well as a healthy endurance when exercising. The program’s objective is to eliminate the excesses in your body, the excess fat. Not the healthy and lean muscle tissues and body fluids.
The program mainly requires your focus and dedication, so therefore you need to be prepared in both mind and – of course – body. It's highly suggested that you first visit your doctor for a health check before starting any weight loss program.
It's important that one should be positive enough to work for the results, when starting on any weight loss program. Some people get impatient easily but long-run effects are guaranteed as long as one sticks with the weight-loss plan at hand.
Stretch, stretch and stretch a few more. A little stretching is needed before actually doing those exercises and working out those muscles, in order to avoid any injury or soreness in your body.
Also trying too hard isn't advisable for anyone. Everything should be done in moderation. Find the level of exercise and training that suits you. It should be enough for you to be comfortable in but not too convenient that it won't be much of a challenge.
The first day of the program requires a long and steady walk in a little over twenty minutes. After the walk, follow it up with a good stretch. This takes so little of your time for the first day. In less than an hour you've taken that first step to a weight loss program that could work to your advantage.
By the 2nd day, it's good to focus on an upper body workout. This maintains your strength to be able to go through the whole program for the week.
On the third day, a brisk walk or jog for ten minutes is in order. For beginners, a lower body workout should be done in the evening.
In the fourth day, a good rest is advisable, in addition to a good stretch. This lag time should be used wisely though to clear up any negatives in your mindset. The fifth day starts with a good ten minute walk. Exercise the lower body in four sessions of workouts, follow this up with another ten minute walk, and another four sessions of lower body workout.
The sixth day should be spent on a low impact exercise such as swimming. To avoid boredom, don't be afraid to try something new. The last day of the week is a time to solicit the support of the people you care about. Spend time with them or get them to be with you in your long walk. Again, follow up your walk with a light upper body workout.
This is just the beginning though. If you are able to stick to the program by this first week, you have a great chance to further boost your weight loss and stay with the plan until you achieve your desired result. Try as much as possible to be unlike the people who give up easily just because they couldn't see the result they want at the time they want – like this moment, today, now! Patience is a virtue. The same way it took your body time to gain all that weight, think about it as the time your body will have to exert just to get rid of it.
