Housewives and Losing Weight

Some Women suffer weight problems by staying at home and amusing with the delicious food they find in refrigerators, they couldn't help stop eating. They think they couldn't, but if they decide making their mind to stop, they sure can make it..

Each woman can start her day with drinking water, going to bring some vegetables or goods that can fill her time, then "playing" with vegetables to prepare convenience meals would let her and the whole family satisfied whenever they taste her multicolored homemade healthy meals. on the other hand she would indeed fill her time, some of it with beneficial things, at the same time she would reduce fats from her body.

There are some ways helping all housewives like:

- Walking will help so much, especially if she won't use the elevators or cars if it's possible..
- While each woman lying on the couch, she can do some exercises with her feet like driving bicycle or stretching, etc...
- Each woman has a power of thought that she can use to stop thinking about how to loose weight, she has to act and fill most of her time working at home, playing with children, sharing interests with them...

What about a woman with a baby ?

infants like playing with mothers, she can hold them swaying together back and forth and do some movements, at the same time she would strengthen her whole body's muscles, besides the babies overwhelm with happiness, and the mother too, that makes women after months of pregnancy and birth happier connecting with their great achievement when they would spend most of their time with their babies.

Those are some ways of distractions to forget eating all the time, besides enjoying being with the family, especially when that makes women happy and more satisfied and far from the refrigerators and not to think only about food.

First – Drink lots of water. Try to drink 6 -8 cups of water everyday or more if you are a bigger person.
Second – Do a physical activity everyday for an hour. It can be as simple as going for a walk, jogging, or playing a sport.
