Enjoy Natural Healthy Food

Here are some recipes for people who require being healthy and loose weight with such kinds of natural ingredients.

Chicken with Potato and Lemon

Put slices of potatoes on an oven tray, then arrange chicken pieces "big ones" and 2 - 3 carrot slices.
Mix lemon juice, olive oil, garlic "lots of it", salt, pepper, red pepper paste, thyme, Cumin, one tomato, pour them over and put it in the oven.

Courgette

- Slice one kilo of courgette, put it in the oven tray.

You can have this with rice, you can put more vegetables in it, like carrots, mushroom,..

- Start each meal with salad or any kind of fresh vegetable, that would help your body absorb vitamins and minerals, besides help you preserve your body in good shape and health..
- Don't eat fruit just after meals, have it at least after 30 minutes.
