Knowing when to eat and when not to can ensure that the person will get the nutrition the body needs. Always make sure that you eat something every three hours and don’t starve before eating the next meal.

5. Don’t ignore the importance of regular exercise. Regular exercise have wonderful benefits to people especially to those who want to achieve optimum health and fitness. To ensure that you stay healthy despite being on a diet, making exercise a regular part of your life can definitely contribute to your overall wellness.

The word diet to me acts as a fad-word and nothing more.
There was a time when someone would say they were on a diet....they were deemed the one of the in-crowd.
Hence the fame of the South-Beach Diet...!
Diets are dangerous and very damaging because they are all about speed weight-loss. When the protein diets were popular ... people that engaged in them had no idea how much damage they were doing to their internal organs.
In my experience a proper weight-loss plan involves exercise, proper nutritionally eating plan and a balance of rest.
It is all about a balance in everything we do.
